The land has been in the family since the 1950s — first as a small cattle operation, then a hay farm, then quiet for a stretch of years.
When we took over, we didn't want to scale up. We wanted to slow down. Smaller herd. Better soil. A real bakery. A farm stand the neighbors could actually walk to.
Opening the gate to visitors was the last piece. It turned out to be the best decision we made.
